空.亭.-长宁区迎宾110kV变电站品质提升

“Air.Pavilion”Changning District 110KV Substation

“空”有“浮空”、“空灵”、“放空”等多重含义，在本项目的在地语境中，“空”代表了变电站设计营造出的空灵舞动之感，为城市带来一处可以放空休闲交流的公共空间。设计通过延伸与退让的操作，将变电站表皮向外翘起延伸，围墙内缩退让，模糊了原先清晰的边界，在街角形成一个亭下的灰空间区域，成为一个亲切，松弛的街角公共空间。表皮整体浮空舞动，以轻盈的姿态为城市带来活力，淡化了变电站作为基础设施与人的疏离感，增强了人与城市环境交互的趣味体验。

Through extending and receding operations, the design extends the substation’s skin outward while setting the enclosing walls further inward, blurring the originally clear boundary and creating an intermediate “gray space” beneath a pavilion-like form at the street corner. This results in an inviting and relaxed public space. The elevated and dancing surface floats lightly, bringing vitality to the urban environment, softening the sense of alienation often associated with infrastructure like substations, and enhancing the interactive experience between people and the city.

The design explores new possibilities for integrating infrastructure such as substations into urban spaces, presenting a friendly, fashionable, and dynamic vision of infrastructure renovation to the neighborhood.
