“屋檐垂柳拂溪流 , 绿水青山尽收眼”，设计将屋檐下的行为空间作为主题，对传统屋檐下的空间形式进行解构化的处理，以满 足周边居民多样化的空间需求。屋顶的形态设计呈现出山峦形，与周围山区的景观相呼应。将大屋顶覆盖整个功能区，创造出 大量富有趣味的半室外空间。屋檐抬起的部分，为建筑打开视野，提供观景的空间。屋顶低伏的部分，创造出半私密的空间， 提供交流和休憩的空间。对屋顶中间山脊的部分进行透光化的处理，其概念来源于传统的天井设计，采用阳光板增加内部的采 光，创造出安静舒适的半室外空间。同时将屋檐延申至下沉广场之上，形成通高宽阔的半室外空间。内外空间高差对比的设计，丰富了建筑的空间类型。

The space beneath the folded eaves frames this natural scenery while providing villagers with an all-weather, open, and flexible public area—serving as a “village living room” that welcomes both residents and visitors.

Functional zones under the eaves include a community service area, exhibition space, meeting rooms, a reading lounge, and a tea room. Each area can operate independently to accommodate varying needs throughout the day. The semi-outdoor space on the second level functions both as an extension of the tea room and a casual gathering spot, inviting residents to relax and converse amidst the landscape.
