上海长宁区愚园路集结了众多颇具品位的小店。之外建筑事务所为上海著名的螺蛳粉店铺粉家螺蛳粉设计了位于愚园路的总店，项目已于2021年1月落成。这一临街店铺，与整条愚园路的氛围很好地衔接，为喜爱螺蛳粉这一美食同时又眷恋愚园路美景的客人提供了一个体验独特的餐饮空间。

Luosifen, a renowned Liuzhou delicacy, is famous for its strong and distinctive aroma—often noticed even before the dish itself is seen. The design adopts the concept of “diffusing scent, volatilizing space,” abstracting the form of drifting aroma into spatial furnishings and furniture. The flowing layout seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor areas, allowing the characteristic presence of luosifen to extend from the interior to the exterior, achieving a unified experience of space, taste, and smell.
