Water Funnel – Nature Analysis Device

水是生命之源，而水泵房带来的衢江水则是田野之源。装置是自然之水的提取器，以粮食漏斗为原型，将雨水，露水从自然中提取，汇入水渠，流入田野。同时，装置也是人们对于田野自然感知的参照，在田野春夏秋冬颜色，氛围的变化中，装置如同自然界中的色卡，以不同浓度的绿色丈量自然时空的变化。装置从物理世界的水到感官世界的氛围对自然进行提炼解析，以一种融入自然而又永恒的姿态悬浮在马路边，田野上，成为来往过客感受自然的媒介。

Water is the source of life, and the water brought by the pump house from the Qu River is the source of the fields. The installation acts as an extractor of natural water: inspired by the form of a grain funnel, it collects rainwater and dew from the environment, channeling it into irrigation ditches that flow into the fields. At the same time, the installation serves as a reference point for people’s perception of nature in the field. As the colors and atmosphere of the fields shift through the four seasons, the structure functions like a color card within the landscape, measuring the passage of natural time through varying shades of green.

By distilling and interpreting nature—from the physicality of water to the subtleties of sensory atmosphere—the installation hovers eternally yet integratedly beside the road and above the fields, becoming a medium through which passersby can intimately experience nature.
